Prices and currency
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include any applicable taxes. The total, including any delivery charges (UK standard delivery is free), is shown before you confirm your order.
When you’re charged
Your payment is taken when you place your order. You’ll receive an order confirmation email straight away. Your order is accepted when we dispatch it.
Security
Our website uses SSL encryption, and card payments are processed securely by our PCI-DSS-compliant payment providers. Eluxaro never sees or stores your full card details. Some payments may require extra verification from your bank (such as 3D Secure) to protect you from fraud.
Order verification
To protect our customers, we may occasionally ask for extra information to verify an order. If we can’t verify a payment, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
Pricing errors
We work hard to make sure our prices are correct. If we discover an obvious pricing error after you’ve ordered, we’ll contact you and give you the option to continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
Discount codes
Only one discount code can be used per order unless stated otherwise. Codes can’t be exchanged for cash and can’t be applied to orders that have already been placed.
