Cancelling before your order is processed
If you’d like to cancel, contact us as soon as possible with your name, order number and the email address used at checkout. If we can stop your order before it’s packed and dispatched, we’ll cancel it free of charge and refund you in full to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Orders can move into processing quickly after payment, so please get in touch straight away. A cancellation only takes effect once we’ve confirmed it by email.
If your order has already been dispatched
Once your order is on its way, we can’t cancel it in our system. But you haven’t lost your rights — you can still cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations by telling us within 14 days of delivery and returning the item. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for how it works.
Changing your order
Need to change your delivery address or contact details? Email us immediately. We’ll do our best to update your order before dispatch, but we can’t guarantee changes once processing has started.
When we may cancel an order
Occasionally we may need to cancel an order, for example if an item is unexpectedly out of stock, there’s a clear pricing or listing error, payment can’t be authorised, or we suspect fraud. If this happens, we’ll tell you and refund any payment in full.
All times in our policies are UK time — GMT in winter and BST (British Summer Time) when daylight saving applies. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.
