2. These terms
These terms apply to every order you place on our website. Please read them before ordering. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you’re a consumer, nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
3. Ordering and contract
When you place an order, you’ll receive an email acknowledging it. This isn’t acceptance. Our contract with you is formed when we dispatch your order and email you to confirm. We may decline an order, for example if an item is unavailable, there’s a pricing error or we can’t verify payment. If so, we’ll refund you in full.
4. Products
We make every effort to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen. Dimensions and weights are approximate. All products are subject to availability.
5. Prices and payment
Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include applicable taxes. Delivery charges, if any, are shown at checkout; standard UK delivery is currently free. Payment is taken when you place your order. See our Payment Policy.
If we find an obvious pricing error, we’ll contact you before dispatch and you can choose to continue at the correct price or cancel.
6. Delivery
We deliver to UK addresses only. Delivery times are estimates. Risk passes to you when the item is delivered to you or someone you’ve nominated. See our Shipping Policy.
7. Your right to cancel and return
You can cancel your contract within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason, as set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy and Order Cancellation Policy.
8. Faulty items and your legal rights
We’re legally required to provide goods that are as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. If they aren’t, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 gives you rights to a repair, replacement or refund. For advice on your rights, contact Citizens Advice.
9. Our liability
We’re responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We’re not responsible for loss that wasn’t foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can’t be limited by law.
10. Events outside our control
We’re not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as courier disruption, extreme weather or strikes. If this happens, we’ll contact you and let you cancel if the delay is significant.
11. Website use and intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos and designs, belongs to Eluxaro or is used with permission. You may not copy or reuse it without our written consent.
12. Privacy
We use your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
13. Complaints
If something goes wrong, please contact us first and we’ll do our best to resolve it quickly.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You may bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or, if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in your local courts.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on our website when you place your order applies to that order.
